Great location really perfect. My room had a smell hence my low rating. Everything else was good.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.

The price you pay on any reservation is not the total. In addition, you have a $33/day "resort fee" even though it's not a resort (no pool, spa, etc). For that fee you get to use their guitar and you get 2 hours on a bicycle. You can't use their parking lot to park your own car, there's an $81/night valet parking fee plus the valet gratuity. They charged me for 3 nights even though I parked for one night. But the bar, restaurant and patio are right on the water, very nice and great views. Unique property, built on a pier over the water.

The convenience of getting around town, there were so many things within walking distance the stakes needle the market. Amazing restaurants with them walking distance also

Second time staying at the hotel. Great transit options near the light rail and buses. Lots to do nearby, the hotel has a nice gym, and coffee shop. Would stay again! I like the historic feel
