Construction zone with terrible customer service.
This Sonesta was a construction zone with no sense of sense of customer service. The room wasn’t dirty, but the entire hotel was under construction without any indication of that before booking. Our towel rack was broken and all of our towels fell on the floor. When I went downstairs to ask for new towels the lady walked away and said she would be back to help me. She came back with a donut and coffee in her hand and while eating it asked me to go get my old towels from my room if I wanted new ones. Terrible! No gym was available, no breakfast, no customer service and overall a 1/10. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here

Had to pay $7.00 per night parking fee on checkout I wasn't aware of and the parking lot is huge and no reason to charge extra except to make more money off customers. On check in the room's fridge was warm and stinky had to switch to another room and they are doing renovations and they left plastic taped to the carpet right in the middle of the hallway you had to walk over every time you went in or out of your room even though it was Christmas eve and Christmas with no body doing any work on the place. They could have spent $1.00 and removed it for the weekend and replaced it when they got back to work.

The entire booking was wrong. I was told I would be getting a different room and we did not, the room had an off putting smell to it and there was no restaurant or in room service. We had a menu, I took a photo of, in our room and when I called front desk she said, “we do not have that anymore.” So we relied on DoorDash. I wish I knew the hotel was under construction. Front desk lady was nice, Aly, but no other interactions with staff while we were there. Sadly won’t be staying here again :(

Lots of construction going on inside this hotel, but it’s for renovations. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Good location close to other businesses. I always stay here when visiting.

Amidst the mess
They were remodeling so no stair access. Elevator was a little scary. The fridge leaked water all over the floor my entire stay. Pounding woke us up early in the morning both nights. I would have preferred to stay somewhere else had I known it was under construction when I booked the room
