"I was not satisfied with my stay! I had better expectations for the hotel and will not book this hotel a second time! Our heater in the room was not working. The staff at the reception were rude and did not make our party feel welcomed! "

The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable — perfect for resting after a busy day in the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the best of Times Square without the chaos!"

"Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a place to come back to and sleep in NYC. Another plus is they have a luggage hold after check out if your train/flight isn’t until later. Overall, a great stay and would stay again. "

"The hotel rooms were clean, but old and had very less accessories or features. Not much of facilities, only mark goes to the staff who were nice and 100% location. It on the Time Square which is like 2 mins walk. Full marks just for the location."
