「First of all, it was an ordeal to get picked up from the airport. And after being dropped out to go to customer relations sitting area, was not greeted with a drink like the site specifically states. Hotel was a ghost town, our room had musty, smelly sheets on bed, the shower did not drain so that it caused a huge mess on floor that we had to put towels down. The only 2 towels in the room for us. The young man we talked to about this acted as if it happens in every room. It was not an enjoyable...
