Known for the many unparalleled beaches, the City of Laguna Beach is a also famous for its dozens of art galleries and museums, art and music festivals, craft shows, and the unique production of ‘Pageant of the Masters’ where actors in combination with hand crafted sets and props bring famous art pieces and sculptures to life! A must see during your summer stay!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM: Recently remodeled with all the finest finishes and custom furnishings, COASTAL OASIS is the epitome of the perfect blend of ‘luxury coastal living’ offering 2 generously sized bedrooms and 2 beautifully remodeled full bathrooms. This home sleeps 6 comfortably. Two in a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two additional guests in matching twin trundle beds in the second bedroom. The primary bedroom offers an en suite full bathroom with gorgeous floor to ceiling stone throughout.
KITCHEN & DINING: COASTAL OASIS offers a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with all the expected upgraded appliances and cooking equipment you would expect. Special features include custom stone countertops with a sizeable breakfast bar, wine cooler, large farmhouse style sink, and indirect undercounter night lighting. The dining area seats 6. Both the kitchen and dining area have ocean views!
FAMILY ROOM: A beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the centerpiece for this luxury coastal retreat. A wrap around sofa with chaise offers plenty of comfortable seating while enjoying the ocean breezes or just watching your favorite show on the mounted, large flat screen tv.
OUTDOORS: This condo offers a private, GROUND LEVEL, terrace and an adjacent accessible semi-private tranquility garden with SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS. An additional table and chairs are located on the private terrace. Enjoy your next meal al fresco. Direct access to this beautifully maintained garden is a unique amenity exclusive to just this condo. COASTAL OASIS is seated cliffside just above Pacific Coast Highway. The traffic won’t impede your view, but you will hear some noise from the traffic.
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. This rental is located on the ground floor of a 3 story building. There are several sets of stairs leading from the parking, into the common courtyard, and into the home. There isn’t an elevator.

Laguna Beach offers FREE trolley service throughout the summer. This condo is located at one of the stops! Park your car and enjoy stress free fun while you explore all of Laguna Beach.
Drive south about 15 minutes to both seaside communities of Dana Point and the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Explore the Ocean Institute, shops, wharf, and restaurants in the Dana Point Harbor in Dana Point. The historic Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District in San Juan Capistrano are surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. San Clemente and the San Clemente Pier is only about 10 minutes further south.
Almost equal distant between Los Angeles Airport to the north and the San Diego Airport to the south COASTAL OASIS is centrally located to all of Southern California’s entertainment opportunities. It’s also only about 30 minutes across Laguna Canyon Drive to John Wayne Airport in Orange County. Sea World, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Legoland, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, and The San Diego Zoo are all within an hour drive or less.
