If you are looking for a place to relax have great service I will recommend the sunset at the palms

The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.

5 stars alllll across the board!!! Stayed 4 nights and was treated like royalty. Good food!!! Good drinks!! Entertainment!! The beach area was nice. I’m looking to go back soon. I enjoyed this resort soooo much! Staff was so friendly. BOOK IT!

Great atmosphere despite the construction. The food was better this year!

We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Runaway Bay Escape and truly loved almost everything about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing, beautiful, and well thought out. The food was excellent with a great variety of options, and every meal felt like a quality dining experience. The attention to detail across the property really stood out—from the landscaping to the service, everything felt intentional and elevated. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The entertainment, amenities, and overall vibe made it easy to unwind while still having plenty to do. It’s definitely a place we would return to. The only minor downsides were in the room: the bathtub had some rust, and the fan could have used a more thorough cleaning. These weren’t major issues, but worth noting for improvement. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Bahia Principe Runaway Bay Escape to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
