「Very comfortable bed and room, excellent location, loved drinking coffee on our patio overlooking the sea and watching the boats come and go from the harbor and the birds and other wildlife-we watched otters playing on our last day! Very quiet and fun little beach just steps down from our room. Short walk to two local and fun cafes. No elevator so you need to be able to carry your belongings upstairs or ask for the first floor. 「We have stayed here over a dozen times or more since our honeymoon in 1984 and it is always great to return to the Palace. Excellent location, wonderful rooms and decor, comfortable beds. For the first time ever we were on the same side as Hill Bottom Pie rather than facing the water, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how quiet that room was. Thanks fr the wonderful memories over the years!」

「The Port Townsend Inn is a budget motel and it has been around a while. However, we had an enjoyable stay and were comfortable in our room and the area. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, which was nice because it was a couple of hot days. There was ample parking, and the motel was within half a mile of the charming downtown area. 「以前メリーランド州のベセスダ（Bethesda)のStaybride　Suitesに宿泊してよかったので今回もダウンタウンからは離れていますがこのホテルに決めました。2ベッドルームに最高7名までという条件は英語のできない両親との旅行時に、両親も安心して滞在でき、ベッドルーム・バスルームも２つあるのでプライバシーも守られて適していると思います。ホテル自体がまだ新しそうでした。毎日でる朝食はベーコンがソーセージになったり少し変化があります。平日の夜は軽食（パスタ、サンドイッチ、ブリトー程度）とワイン、ビールが飲み放題ですし、BBQグリル（ガス式、3台）もあるので材料を揃えてBBQも楽しめます。各部屋にキッチンがついているので材料が多少残っても冷蔵庫で保管して後日調理して食べることもできます。コーヒー、紅茶、ソーダ類も24時間飲み放題です。洗濯機、乾燥機も無料で使用できます（洗剤等は各自が用意）。スタッフも皆、フレンドリーで親切です。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後でも荷物を預かってくれました。5泊しましたが1度も不便や不愉快を感じませんでした。」

「Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.」
