"Super location and clean home. It was overcast the weekend we were there, but the views of birds and the water were still lovely! Easy check-in process and very responsive and kind property manager. A well stocked kitchen for cooking if you decide to do that. The only thing that we missed were blinds in one of the bedrooms. An easy fix! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!!! :)"

"Clean, maybe a little dated, but overall nice. Great deck overlooking the bay. Well stocked for dishes, pans, cutlery, paper products. Washer and dryer with unscented laundry soap was a nice surprise, along with an airfryer. Appreciated those! Fireplace nice for cold rainy days was nice too. 2 full bathrooms was appreciated."

"Although this place doesn't look like much, I found the accommodations to be exactly as expected. The property we stayed in was in good condition and was quite clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette was sufficient enough for me to cook some of our meals while there. "Very cute a-frame in pleasant neighborhood, home is totally private as it is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs. Home is very clean and well organized, lots of amenities and I loved that there was no tv though the boys grumbled a little at first (they ended the trip saying it was nice to not have the tv)! Super quick drive to Maxwelton beach. Host is very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Whidby!"

"1. Show and mention all the stairs that are in the house. One of the kids fell down one flight. We had to follow them everywhere. 2. Put a street sign showing the way to the front door. 3. Front stairs were slippery and mossy. We had to use the back stairs. That's why we needed them repaired that day. 4. Hobbit door in front is for show only. 5. Bedrooms need something to hang clothes on, maybe hooks. We had wedding clothes with us and no place to hang them.(flower room and another bedroom) 6....

"This is just what my sister and I were looking for. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying beauty of the outdoors. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Owner changed the dates of our stay because they were returning, but offered total refund if it did not work for us."
