"Staff was wonderful, breakfast was decent. In house restaurant staff and food were excellent. Rooms definitely need and upgrade and bathroom was not the best. If we had to go back, I’d try to see if another room would be better. Gym and pool were just ok."

"The rooms were clean. The management should have the towels replaced daily. The breakfast steamer trays should be warmer. The beds were comfortable. The room amenities were in keeping with this level of accomidation. Some of these (phone, one lamp, clock radio) were inoperative. Once these are addressed the ratings would be above average."

"The room (except for the bedding), the location and the service were all very good. The hallways were very noisy into the late hours which was disruptive. The bottom sheet of the bed was not a fitted sheet and therefore kept coming undone and making the bed "lumpy" especially at the foot and head of the bed. The mattress pad was old and losing it's elasticity so it, too, kept coming undone. Difficult night due to "fighting" with the bedding all night long. What hotel doesn't use fitted sheets?"
