"A total blast from the past! How long has it been since you stayed in a hotel with an actual key, phone book, and outside entrance?? Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Hotel was old, but well kept up. Only major drawback was it was REALLY cold that night and we booked half an hour before checking in. The poor heater could not keep up and we froze. Not anyone's fault, we laughed about it once we unthawed, vacations are memories, right? We would stay there again. So much cheaper than the other hotels in area. "

"Just overall poor condition of the building and the room . The bathroom was filthy, need to be cleaned and use chlorox for the floor and baseboard. The air conditioning was loud. Not a a comfortable stay. "

"There’s more going on in Live Oak than I ever dreamed. We enjoyed this convenient roadside stay, several good dining options nearby as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Tractor Supply just 5 miles away!"

"Perfect! What a beautiful home with everything one could want for a relaxing stay. Kelly had excellent communication, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had every necessity, and the peace and quiet was sublime. Using the massage chair after a long drive was incredible! Everything was perfectly clean, while the amenities checked all the boxes. Having a washer and dryer, plus a fantastic TV to unwind and watch a movie on the (very comfy!) couch was so nice. All the small touches (like having fish food!) didn't go unnoticed either. Looking out at the lake while sitting on the porch swing and hearing nothing but the birds was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again; perfect for long stays or short. Thank you Kelly for the wonderful accomodations!"
