The front office manager - Mac was such an awesome guy very cinversationalist and while we were waiting for out ride late night going back to Belgium we stayed in the lobby and he accommodated us. Definitely will recommend this place to stay when in Zurich. "

The hostess gave us perfect suggestions to enjoy our first time in Zurich and we feel we made the most of our visit there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and definitely get the breakfast there. The food was fresh and delicious. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!"

"This place is conveniently located on the lakefront. There are many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Lots goes on directly in front of the hotel. There was even a concert one night. You really feel as though you are immersed in the culture when you stay here. The hotel itself is clean, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly. I very much enjoyed my stay here."
