「We absolutely loved our stay in Napoli. Carlo was wonderful and so easy to communicate with. He offered a flat rate transfer from the train station and even pointed out places to visit along the way. He also drove us to the airport, which made everything feel so easy and stress-free.The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator (huge bonus!). "This hotel is located not just near the station, but actually inside the station building. There's a direct train service from the central station, which was very convenient. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was kept spotless. The only minor issue was that the safety deposit box was broken and unusable throughout my stay. The staff were all very friendly."
