This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau. The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, a bathroom and shower room or two shower rooms and two separate toilets. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa. In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €65 per week.
