"Overall our stay was good. The room was clean and majority of the property was clean as well. There was some trash on the beach surrounding the restaurants which was disappointing. The food at the different restaurants was delicious and all of the staff members we encountered were amazing. It was nice to have 2 different pools to go to and the gym was really great. "

"Really great resort, our room was a little outdated with some wear and tears. But it was clean, the staff was friendly and they are actively working on the property daily. The larger rooms looked really nice though when we passed them, the location is perfect though you can walk into downtown and so many small places right by the resort!"

"The resort was fantastic. The Toucan dive staff were amazing and very professional. The snorkeling right off the beach was great. The pool and amenities were great and we were overall extremely impressed. I was especially impressed with the front desk staff who were so helpful when we had last minute flight issues. We’ve travelled to many Caribbean and Gulf resorts and this was possibly the best. We’ll likely come again."

"We had this very nice studio on the 2nd floor. Nice view, wonderfull bed. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator if you’re bringing heavy baggage. But it was a great stay!"

"We loved our family stay. We only had two issues, one was an alarm making a beeping noise every few minutes which was fixed quickly. The other issue was that the door to the dishwasher would not stay shut and would crash open unless we used something to prop it shut. The dishwasher needs to be fixed, but otherwise a very lovely home to rent and we would definitely stay here again."

"Kitchen area was very simple and efficient for quick simple meal preperation. Property was very quiet, pool area was very nice!"

"We picked this place because we windsurf and wanted to be close to Lac Bay. We made a big mistake by staying here for 1 week. We should have stayed for 2 weeks! The location was perfect! Nice front patio where we had breakfast every morning. The bench on the waters edge directly across the road was great to sit and watch the windsurfing and wind wings. It’s in a quiet section far away enough from the main restaurants and shopping in Kralendijk. It’s 5 minutes to Jibe City and The Frans Paradise sailing centers. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 as there’s a futon couch. We would stay here again!"
