"We had a wonderful stay at this villa in St. Lucia. The host was absolutely amazing—very responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The villa itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a great balance of style and relaxation. "My husband and I stayed at Secrets for 5 nights for our honeymoon. We had an amazing relaxing time. The staff were great most were very attentive! The food and drinks were great. We really enjoyed the Hibachi restaurant experience. Our chef Jacques was entertaining, the food was bountiful and delicious! The property is absolutely beautiful and it felt just like paradise. We spend most of our time on the beach and did not get in the pool since that areas was more for entertainment than relaxation. We would like to shout out a few exceptional staff. Alyssa our concierge, Maureen the best beach server, Attentive Elroy, and sweet Stephanie from Seaside grill. Also to the folks who kept our rooms clean every day with fresh linens. The only concern i have is we had a few occasions where were were ignored or passed over for service especially at the entertainment theater and ordered a drink 2x that never came. Also with the exception of the Hibachi restaurant, reservations were not reguired for dining however the wait for dinner was sometimes long 30-60 minutes. We also did the Friday night street festival with round trip travel provided by the hotel for a small cost. The cats on the premises was a nice too although I am not a cat lover. Overall this was a wonderful and relaxing honeymoon vacation and we will be back!"

"The hotel was overall good but could use updating. The service was good but could have been better. At times it felt like they are understaffed and service was very slow. There was times when we were at the buffet hall no one came to ask for drinks and when they did asked for it there were 2 times the drinks did not come at all even after we finished eating. Also, there were times that the drinks came when we were almost done eating. The service is inconsistent the whole time that we were there. I have been to other all inclusive resorts and found that this resort to be the slowest and inconsistent service overall. There was not much of night vibe or shows compared to other places that I have been to. I am sorry but rarely put any reviews."
