Door doesn’t close fully automatically Revolving entrance door not working in hotel that opened 4 days ago!! Exorbitant pricing and not fair value for the money

I was forced to pay to retrieve my packages from the fedex instead of the hotel holding them for a couple days. Made me feel like I was getting nickel and dimed for what is a standard service any other decent hotel would provide. The wifi was also extremely inconsistent, and shower would not go below scalding hot, but otherwise the staff were pleasant and everything was clean.

The room had spots where the facility touched up but used the wrong paint in serval spaces which is clear to see not only in the room but also in the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower had mold from not being cleaned. The staff was pleasant but the room almost gave me an untrustworthy vibe. I stay at the Sonesta’s in LA and never had this problem but willing to give this place another try since the rates and location is reasonable.

The room was super clean, the amenities were awesome! The staff were amazing! Most definitely will be staying again.
