"We had a fantastic holiday with our family of 17, the villa is right next to the beach and is spacious with amazing view of the beach snd close to many bars and restaurants. It is in need of some TLC and bathrooms are needing replaced also outdoor furniture is very grotty wouldnt take much to make this place fabulous just needs a bit of reinvestment"

"This place was fantastic. It’s right on the beach and the staff are super friendly. La Mata is a great mellow town to make your home base with great restaurants and a couple markets right down the boardwalk. It’s not super fancy, so don’t expect the four seasons, but it’s a great place to stay, highly recommend. "

"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "

"C'est un bel appartement, bien situé géographiquement. La piscine est agréable et utilisable jusqu'à 22h. Les 3 chambres climatisées. La cuisine est bien équipée de même que le salon. "We stayed a week at a Helgafell suite in the beginning of November. The suite was in two floors with a sundeck on roof. Modern interior, 2 BR, 2 bath and one toilet. The house in located in the Allegra gated community, pools in the area (not heated). Everything worked well, friendly and helpful host. Parking in the community area and street parking available. Good internet. Grocery stores within walking distance, restaurants, pubs and other stores in the town."

"Nice little find , great location right where we wanted to be. Property had everything we wanted and we had access to the swimming pool right outside. We were close to local bars and restaurants and near a supermarket. 10 mins to La Zenia Boulevard and 10 mins to La Zenia Beach. Cabo Roig was a 20 minute walk, lots of bars there and places to eat . Roz the owner was really nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. Host typically got back to me within 5-10 mins. Loved it! "

"The hotel is very nice and modern feeling. The room was comfortable and had all the things you might expect. Temperature in the room varied a bit. It had both large opening windows and AC, but still given the temperature outside (~30C during the day when I was there) it was hard to get a good balance with those and avoiding getting bugs and flies coming in. Didn't try any of the food options. It is close to a few shops and restaurants (including a supermarket) and bus stops for Torrevieja (bus every ~30 mins or so)."
