「Un sitio muy agradable con una vista espectacular y buen servicio 」

「The hotel is great, nice place to relax in the thermal waters. Room was very spacious and well located. Spa was decent. Breakfast could improve quality as some of the breads seemed old a couple of times. Staff were very kind and responsive. Desafio Termal is worth it. 」

「We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

「We liked the location, not far from the termales. It's a nice big place with lots of beds and a private parking area. It's good for a big group of family or friends. A negative was that there were a few cockroaches, and some boxes sitting in the living room. It seemed like maybe no one had rented it for a while. When we stayed, two of the rooms were inaccessible to us because of construction. We didn't know this ahead of time. Also, the key to the outdoor seating and recreation area was not...

「La cabaña estaba muy limpia, pero la cama era bastante incómoda,hundida en el medio. Las sábanas muy limpias pero viejas,con agujeros de tantos lavados. La piscina solamente disponía de agua fría, no jacuzziy el restaurante tenía una oferta limitada. Está a media hora caminando de Filandia,pero es una carretera,eso sí pasan bastantes "willys" y buses y la recepción puede reservar un taxi. Lo mejor el paisaje, el pequeño sendero y la atención de las chicas. 」
