We stayed at this property for three weeks in January 2023. The home is quite lovely, and freshly painted. Situated very close to one of the two beautiful community pools, it was perfectly situated for our needs. The layout was thoughtful in design, especially if you had four people, as each bedroom had privacy. The home also had ample space when we had two to four friends over for dinner.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with everything we needed, and the BBQ worked well. The backyard space is quiet, and private,, as is the entire neighborhood. The landscaping is well maintained., and the streets and grounds are nice to walk.
The home has lots of natural light in all rooms, which is wonderful. For us, however, we like dark rooms when sleeping…..so we bought paper blackout shades at Home Depot. Worked great.
The one car garage is a challenge to use if you have a larger car or smaller SUV, as it is at sharp angle, but we got used to it. You might want to pull in your side mirrors.
The property also has two additional parking permits available, which was handy when we had our friends visit.
Since we are golfers, being located right next to the PGA West courses, plus dozens of other courses within a 15 minute drive, is fabulous.
Finally, the property manager was very efficient and quick to handle the few issues we had, which is always very important for a guest. We would stay at this property again.
