I absolutely loved my stay at Gaslamp Plaza Suites for my birthday! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made everything feel even more special.

We did not have hot water for two days and staff at first acted confounded when later maintenance admitted the entire second floor was out. The pool area is loud because everything echoes off the U shape of the building. Lots of kids which made it worse and they never left the hot tub area for hours. The new rehab is just lipstick on an old Best Western. So overpriced and molding up already.

We had a wonderful time at the Bahia! The staff was so accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable.

we had a room right next to an ally shared by the local cocktail club and they sure don’t care there is a hotel right next to them at 6am. room is nice if very basic, accommodating staff, cleaning surcharge confuses me because we got room service once at the start of the week then charged for the trash at the end because they never came back.

Excellent services staff bery friendly, clean, the breakfast was delicious. They have coffee, hot coco and tea available 24/7 at the lobby.
