"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. "It is a cool place if you know what expect. The staff is very nice. The room only had a/c in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan didn't work in the living area. They did bring us a plug in fan. The restaurant and bar closes very early, so pepare. I do recommend the omelettes in the morning."

"The room was good, A/C was weak. No ice maker, No breakfast service in the morning. No water to bring to room. No restaurant. Swimming pool very dirty color green and cannot see deep. No iron and board in each room. No people at the front desk during late night. No security during the night time. It is very nice place but needs to improve those details. Thank you. "
