Had lots of windows which was great to see the marina but no real privacy at night and no room darkening in the morning. 「The room is spartan, but clean. The kitchen would be difficult to cook a meal in as it's very small and there is the bare minimum cooking equipment, but for making a little breakfast and a mid day snack is totally adequate. You really can't beat the location. Especially if you're into wind sports as door is at most 50m to the water! 「The only reason I gave this a four star was we had wait for the code ahead of time for our room. I requested the code 2 days prior. It was not provided and when we showed up, we had to wait 30 minutes to get a hold of somebody to get the code other than that the place was very good. 」

「Had issues with cockroaches, musty smelll. Ceiling fan uncontrollably by remote control. Fan would turn on aswell the light of fan. Woke many times during the night to turn off light and fan.」
