"There are full time tenants living in other parts of this house, including above this unit. We were awoken at 4:58am by the upstairs tenant stomping around with shoes on for over ten minutes, which is not something I would ever intentionally pay for. We really liked this spot otherwise - it has character and the pictures online don't really do it justice. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location. But if you value an upstairs tenant extending basic courtesy in the wee hours by not stomping around above your rental, you might not appreciate this location. "
