Once I went to front desk , the personal there mentioned that they usually answer the phone . The room was great for a

"This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay in Barcelona. The room was tidy and spacious, the amenities provided were suitable too. We checked in at 2am and the man on reception was friendly and welcoming. It's a bit far out from the centre but my partner and I love walking so it was no problem, however if you prefer there are buses available or taxis with Bolt. The breakfast was good and the dinner options were also decent. There's a small pool under the hotel too which is was nice and relaxing."
