"Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The place doesn’t have a sauna, the gym was under renovation (so I had to use the neighbouring hotel’s gym), and it was a bit difficult to find due to minimal signage. That said, the service was exceptional — Cristina, David, and Gabryella were all fantastic. A special shoutout to Leah for going out of her way to ensure vegan food options were covered. Their hospitality really stood out and made up for the inconveniences."

"Rooms a bit on the small side but clean and quiet, and in good area to walk to all the good tourist sites. Extremely friendly staff. Great restaurant (Zoutra) just across the street."

"Just had a fantastic night away 2 adults and 2 teenagers for 1 night here. We booked two rooms, requested rooms on the same floor. They gave us two rooms together which we could turn into adjoining rooms. Great location for the Stade France. Sky bar is a must amazing viewand great drinks. Breakfast was also very good. Supermarket and patisserie round the corner. Pool was lovely with again a lovely view. We found all staff so helpful and lovely The whole family were so impressed we will definitely be back"

"The hotel was good and staff were very helpful all the time. Room was clean and the bathroom was clean too. A bit disappointed that a deluxe room wouldn't have an under counter fridge. I would expect to see this in a deluxe room of a 4 star. Also we had to keep asking for tea bags in the room as there was none left every day. No milk either for tea"
