With a maximum capacity of 6 people (up to 6 adults and 2 children), Costamar is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to experience the beauty of the coast without sacrificing comfort or space.

It is a spacious and luminous flat, practical and simple.The flat is situated in the building Elena. It is a first floor, without an elevator.

Distributed in 2 floors, on each floor it has wide terraces with different views.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

1st Floor:Living room. It has a sofa-bed with TV with national channels and access to the terrace with views to the Montgó Avenue, main street.
Kitchen. Very well equipped for 6+2 people. It has an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and the necessary utensils. It has access to a round table and a larger table.
Small storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Surroundings:

The Costamar Apartment is situated in the centre of Riells, a stone's throw from the main beach of Riells and the promenade.

No need for a car! It has a supermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants, leisure, ice-cream parlours and the magnificent promenade.

From the location of the flat you can walk to the nautical port of l'Escala or to the old town of l'Escala, interesting options for a pleasant stroll along the coast.
