Holiday rentals in l´Escala: New villa with a large terrace, garden and private pool in 450 m from the beach. Also has wi-fi and air conditioning.
The house has an ideal holiday location is in a quiet area of L´Escala: 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Empúries, sandy beaches, surrounded by pine forest and a magnificent promenade and only 8 min walking from Old Town of L`Escala with a variety of restaurants and shops. One of the best restaurants in l`Escala is in 240m and 450m to the nearest supermarket. For sports fans next to the villa there is L`Escala municipal swimming pool with gym, tennis and paddle.
This high-quality modern villa has a spacious living - dining room, a separate and very well equipped kitchen, both with access to the terrace, 3 double bedrooms and a bedroom in suite with stunning views of the village. In total there are 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
Both large terraces and garden area with private pool and barbecue area invite you to relax and enjoy.
In total the villa can sleep 8 people (2 double beds and 4 single beds).
YOUNG GROUPS WON'T BE ACCEPTED!

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

The big kitchen and terras. The WiFi is terrible. The owner has to improve this with a wifi repeator.
