We had our two daughters with us (19 and 25), the bedrooms were a little tight, but we understood that would be the case when we booked. The location on the north end of Lake Como and the short distance to transportation to the rest of the lake is awesome. But we tried to get some information from the owner/manager on our first night and it turned into a fiasco. The manager got angry with me for asking simple questions. "The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."

"This is a property with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was nice to meet Paulo and his father. Paulo was very friendly and helpful. The house was well kept and ideal for us and our daughter. It was very hot when we were there but the cooling unit in the bedroom helped. Gravedona was ideal for lakeside walks,the ferry, swimming and water sports. We are all a bit fitter having chosen to walk up and down the hill from the lake to the house!"

"Our stay at the villa was amazing. We only stayed for one night and wished we had stayed longer. Francesca was super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely in the morning . Also had a lovely welcome from their golden retriever! The views were amazing from our room and the pool area.. we would definitely come and stay again😊"
