京町家の宿 さわら木の宿へ

予約したのは「しらふじ庵」という宿でしたが、急な諸事情により、「さわら木の宿」へ 変更となりました。宿の担当の方の説明や、変更への対応がすごく良かったです。桜の季節の姉妹旅行でしたが、結局、桜名所に宿も近く、京のおばんざいを持ち帰り宿で食べたり、良い旅行となりました。

素晴らしい町屋！ただし浴衣の準備には要注意。

室内、お庭、お風呂ともに大変素敵な町屋です！場所も便利、かつ駅前のサービスカウンターの設置など、チェックイン・アウトおよび滞在中のサポートのシステムもとても良くできています。是非また泊まりたいと思います。ただ、改善をお願いしたいことは、敷布団が1枚だけで少々薄いことと、浴衣の提供が不明瞭であること。浴衣についてはWebページの部屋の詳細には何も書かれておらず、サービスカウンターに直接電話して聞いたところ、バスタオルも浴衣も全て用意されている、との回答。そこでパジャマを持たずに行ったら浴衣が無い。サービスカウンターに電話したら+500円での用意のリクエストが無かったから用意していなかったとのこと。夜10時過ぎにもかかわらず、30分ほどで持ってきてくれたのは大変良かったですが、Webページに何も書かれておらず、サービスカウンターでも人によって言うことが違っているのは問題。改善をお願いします。
