自宅のように落ち着いて過ごせました。

浴室乾燥機はとても便利でした。最初から使い方が良く分かっていたら着替えは半分でよかったかもしれません。食器類も陶器で使い心地が良かったです。旅先の食事はカレーや丼ものになってしまいがちなので、欲を言えばカレー等が入る深め器と大きめのスプーンが有ると嬉しいです。 ベットルームが２つあるのも落ち着いて休めて良かったです。

このアパートメントホテルは新しくすごくキレイです。 予約完了と同時に、チェックイン情報が送られてきて、 それに従いチェックインすることができます。 玄関を入ると小さなキッチンとバスルーム、洗濯機、冷蔵庫があり、 ベッドルームは小さいですが、ツインベッド二つとテレビ、小さなテーブルがあります。 宿泊するのに特に不便はありません。 廊下には飲み物とカップヌードルの自動販売機が置いてありました。 キッチンには調理器具と食器もあります。 交通の便もよく、目の前に九条大宮のバス停があり、 徒歩5分のところには近鉄線の東寺の駅もあります。 ただ一つ残念だったのが、部屋に置いてあったバスタオルの一枚が 非常に臭かったことです。 乾いているのですが雑巾のような匂いがしました。 洗濯する時に消毒されたほうがいいと思います。 その他の点については、この値段、このロケーションでは満点を上げたかったです。

The check in was a nightmare we did not get the room number or the pin for the self check in. There was no help or front desk. My husband had to go to the main building a black a half a way to get the info. I want to clarified that I was not aware of the self check in or the fact that this is not a real hotel with no front desk it is a small building with no sign or visible name. I also was not informed that the main hotel was near by. Lack of communication was a big problem with this hotel. Also they do not do daily housekeeping.

Property was great for location. Close to subway and sites. Only downside was the mattress on the bed, it was so thin (1-2 inches) felt like I was sleeping on the b beds wooden slats.

전반적으로 굿!

전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 숙소 안에 세탁기도 있고, 화장실에 비데도 있고 좋아요. 다만...2일 숙박했는데 수건을 체크인할때 이후로 추가로 공급해주지 않는 것이 조금 아쉬웠어요. 저희는 당연히 첫째날 지나고 다음날 11시~3시 사이에 청소해주시고, 수건 갈아주실줄 알았는데. 처음 공급된 수건으로 2일을 다 써야하는 것이더라고요. 그점만 조금 아쉬웠고, 전반적으로 좋았답니다.

Good accommodation with buses nearby.

It was a good accommodation that allowed early checkin. Two ladies were waiting and helped us with check in which was earlier than stated. There are bus stops nearby and facilities were very good inside the flat. One can walk to the station but it takes twenty minutes.

Superb accommodation at affordable price.

The room is spacious & clean with sitting room and kitchenette. Very good value for money considering how much other accommodations in Kyoto charge during Cherry Blossom season. Everything is good, no complaints at all. I will definitely come back next time I am in Kyoto.

宿を出ると目の前に東寺の五重塔と満開の桜があり、素晴らしいロケーションでした。 部屋はとても綺麗で静かで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

Excellent experience, amazing service. I recommend this hotel to everybody because it has everything we needed and it was extremely organized. Direction are well written and well explained. I wanted to stay more time. Fue una experiencia espectacular pues es un apartamento que contiene todo lo que se necesita para prolongar la estadia en kyoto.

適合家人旅遊，房間很細

非常適合家人旅遊，好友就見仁見智。 房間比較窄，大房要放喼就要關上才有路走，枱也很細，2人用也勉強，基本上只能用作放東西。 有廚房連煮食用具餐具很好(但沒電水煲，要用火煲)，有洗衣機還有洗衣液，沖涼房的浴室寶還能用來乾衣，但要自備衣架(屋內只有6個不夠用)。 浴缸很細很細。 總體上，除了房間太細外沒什麼問題

comfortable and tidy

The overall experience is nice, the room is very tidy and comfortable. Everything we need is provided, including washing machine, air conditioner in toilet, hangers, its also good to have a tiny kitchen. The only flaw is that there is no elevator and we stayed at 3rd floor, we carried our luggage up and down were not easy.
