"Check in is smooth, and the rooms are in excellent status. Breakfast buffet is great and all staff are friendly and helpful. Lastly, the practice of having customers to pick the towel, teabags and stuff alike at the lobby according to their need is very smart. My family will surely consider visiting this hotel again in our next visit to Kamakura."

Ours was a non-smoking room, but it had a lingering smoke odor, and the mattresses could use updating. We really enjoyed the use of the electric bikes and loved the little fishing village atmosphere. Staff was very helpful."

"It's a bit out of Tokyo central, but if the location suits your agenda this is an excellent hotel chain for no fuss accommodation at a fair price. The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated. Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services. "
