"Even though the host does not speak English, we got through the booking with Google Translate and basic Japanese language. Instructions were clear. The house was very clean and had good climate control. It was very windy so we could not enjoy the outside much. The rooms were very comfortable and we slept very well. Toilets were very clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of adventure. Kitchen had a lot of equipment. We will try to come again!"

"It's a bit out of Tokyo central, but if the location suits your agenda this is an excellent hotel chain for no fuss accommodation at a fair price. The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated. Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services. "
