"Fabulous stay at L7 Gangnam! I stayed at L7 Gangnam last night with my friends from the Netherlands and South Korea, and we all truly loved this hotel. The location is excellent, right in Gangnam, making it very convenient to move around Seoul and enjoy the city. The hotel has a stylish and modern L7 vibe, which made the stay feel trendy yet very comfortable. We also really appreciated the 24-hour vending machine in the lobby, which was super convenient, especially at night. The dedicated ironing area was also a thoughtful and practical facility for travelers. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room had a beautiful city view, and the beds were extremely comfortable, so we all slept very well. I also loved the bathroom amenities — they had such a nice perfume scent and felt high quality. Overall, L7 Gangnam gave us a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Seoul. My friends and I were all very happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back again."

"I was shocked as to how disgusting and dirty this place was. Showers were glued together, looks like the doors and tiles were coming off. The shower wood barnstyle sliding door itself did not close all the way, would jam 70% of the way through. I would never stay here again, breakfast was medicore."

"The hotel is close to everything — restaurants, stores, subway stations. There’s a washer at the gym but there’s no dryer so it is basically useless to wash your clothes, unless you want to hang dry it from the borrowed rack. We were expecting that we can check in an hour early, but the staff were adamant that we have to wait. Bummer. However, we were able to leave our luggage seven after we checked out."

"staff are great and always friendly when you seek travel tips. Washroom a bit old but in a decent condition, no separate control for washroom ventilation, it only turns on when you sit on the toilet. but overall we enjoyed our stay very much, morning buffet is delicious, would definitely recommend"

"Zero amenities, room was not cleaned properly there was a mattress on the floor that looked like someone had just slept it when got up from when we arrived. What kind of "four star" hotel has no system for early check-in, late check-out, baggage hold, etc., these are basic facilities you get. Hostels have better facilities. False advertising and total scam."
