「The rooms are located above the Ivy Restaurant in Clifden's Main Road. What would have been a fantastic stay was affected by a water failure in the entire building. The leak was outside the Hotel area, so it was out of control for the Hotel Team. Yet, they handled the Situation very well.」

「John is a great host. He gave us several recommendations that worked out great! Our room had a view of the ocean. In my opinion you can’t get better than that. The location was fantastic for touring the area. We stayed 3 nights. 」

「We were not booked in via Vrbo ? Apparently it had to be done manually? Clearly the communication between Vrbo and The Ivy was not working, however a room was found for us, had to be changed from a double to a twin as per specifics of our booking. Newly decorated and carpeted room, very lovey, dated shower and NO mattress cover on the my single bed ? Yuk.
