Settle into this cozy kelo log terraced apartment (39 + 14 m²) in the peaceful Rukajärvi area of Kuusamo. Renovated in 2013, it combines traditional Finnish log character with everyday comfort and is recommended for four guests, with space for up to six. A private electric sauna, a fireplace and Wi-Fi make it an easy base for a Ruka holiday: groomed cross-country ski tracks start 300 m away on the ice of Lake Rukajärvi, the lakeshore is 50 m from the door, the Ski-Bus stop is about 100 m away and Ruka Village Square is 4 km away.

The apartment is laid out across a ground floor with an open living room and kitchen, and a loft sleeping space above.

Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan living room and kitchen has a fireplace, a sofa bed and a TV with a DVD player. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, with a maximum speed of 100 Mbps and around 50 Mbps in practice.

Bedrooms & Loft: The loft holds four mattresses, and the sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Four guests are recommended, with a maximum of six.

Bathroom & Sauna: The bathroom has an indoor toilet, a shower and a washing machine, and your own private electric sauna is ready for warming up after a day outdoors. A drying cabinet for outdoor clothing, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are also provided.

Outdoor area: The apartment comes with its own parking space with a car heating plug, and firewood is kept in the wood storage on site.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
