No just no, there’s no words to describe how unacceptable this place is. Found dirty jock under the blanket! Wonder if they even change the bed sheets! Noisy, you can even hear people talking from room next door, ants, dust, mould everywhere. I wish I took a photos. They shouldn’t open for business. Nothing like the photos at all.

Bem sujo e mal cuidado.

O quarto e as roupas de cama estavam meio sujos. Já o banheiro o vaso estava terrível. Encardido, cheiro ruim. Muitos insetos nos cantos, o chão ficava alagado. O ar condicionado não gelava. Eu não voltaria mais. Pedi um quarto no térreo pq estava com mala pesada e não tinha elevador eles não disponibilizaram. Enfim. Não foi confortável quase morri de calor

Ok hotel, kunne dog forbedres

Hotellet var ikke specielt rent, løgnerne lugtede lidt underlig og bygningerne var meget gamle. Især badeværelset var ikke specielt lækkert. Altandøren kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt… poolområdet var hyggeligt, men småt, og morgenmaden også fin - den bestod af hvad end køkkenet lavede og blev lavet frisk, når man satte sig ved et bord. Der blev skiftet håndklæder hver dag og anden service fejlede heller ikke noget, en del af personalet var dog ikke så gode til engelsk

Exactly opposite what showed in the pictures. Room, bed sheet and towels were mot clean when we checked in. I booked 3 rooms for me and my family but was really disappointed. Staff's were ok and tried to help. Breakfast was terrible, stay away from these hotel.

Very dirty room. When i checked in the room the whole floor was wet. Then they opened the window for drying the floor. So next 1 hour i was walking in the street. At night time there was raining and the room was flodded. I requested for another room but they failed to do this. Very dirty towel. Did not give slipper. Tottaly a big disappointment.

Great budget accommodation

Location is very central, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants There is a Chemist, supermarket, money exchange and laundry mat close by. We were very happy and enjoyed our time. The rooms are spacious. If you remember that it’s not a 5 star, you should be happy, just accept that your towels are not always going to be white. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall we very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. Hiring scooters from reception, very easy and hassle free. Would recommend Suris Boutique if you are looking for good cheap accommodation.

Hotel needs renovations.

Paid for room upgrade to ground floor and both rooms had a terrible smell. Towels are tread bare and covered in stains. Sheets are not changed regularly. My 9 year old spilt chocolate on her bed and it remained there for 3 days. Been to Bali over 20 times and will not recommend this hotel or go back.

Decent enough location

About a 10/15min walk to the beach, which was good. Staff were pleasant and always willing to help, room was disappointing - did not change hand/floor towel the whole week we were there (even though left in shower to be changed everyday!) and found a cockroach. A/C worked perfectly. Pool was clean, breakfast was ok.

Hotellet var en anelse slidt, men pool området var super flot, og der var rent og pænt. Utrolig godt til prisen. Personalet var mega hjælpsomt og stod på spring ved det mindste. Dog var vi ikke særligt imponerede over Kuta, men det kan hotellet jo ikke gøre for.

Helt okay!

Fantastisk och hjälpsam personal, egentligen de viktigaste! Frukosten för en västerlänning blev mer av en chock när de var ris och nudlar. Fanns dock rostad och pannkakor också! Men är man i bali, så tar man ju seden dit man kommer. Rummet helt okay, och lokaliseringen även så okay, enkelt att hitta men låg ca 10-15 min gångavstånd till stranden. Helt överkomligt! Stannade dock bara en natt, kunnat möjligtvis stannat en till men inte mer :) dock tycker jag bilderna som lades upp sa mer än vad de var. Men fantastisk personal!

Close to where ever you need to go around kuta. hotel food was fantastic as was staff would definitely stay there again

Good location

Once asked staff provided everything with a remark that normally they do not offer water/coffee/tea. Room itself was a bit dark, mainly because it is on the ground floor and trees in front of. Hotel is on the main road but it is quite. Location is great, close to everything - beach, shopping area, night life but not in the very heart of action which is good. Hotel offered scooter rent and trip to Lombok is overpriced. I got outside cheaper.

Such a Pity

Lovely staff but unsanitary conditions...Day 3 had to tell them to exchange bath mat...huge bed but 2 little pillows..had to ring to get toilet paper and pool was out of action for 2 out of our 4 day stay. Plus ++ close to Kuta Square and Beach

We got room in the third floor, my friends wife had a hard time to go up and down on the stairs, the manager moved them immediately down to the ground floor.

Friendly and relaxed environment, a little out of

A very friendly service from all staff members with a nice outdoor pool and sitting area for breakfast. Only concern was it seemed a little out of the city centre for what we needed. However it was just a short walk from the waterpark (would defo reccomend), and actually quite nice to miss the hustle and bustle of kuta for a night or two! Staff were more than willing to sort out taxis for us.
