Forget this hotel

only chinese people, you may have the feeling that you are in China each day 5-7 new busses arrived We had the feeling we are living in a shoppingmall. nd the female manager of the hotel who was speaking the German language was very unfriendly to us. And the hotel had sunbeds at the seaside and also the man at the beach was very unfriendly to us. At the end we hated this hotel. And breakfast was also bad.!!

Die Lage vom Hotel zum Nationalpark war die Grundvoraussetzung. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sieht von außen aus, wie ein Luxus-Schiff. Personal war stets freundlich, jedoch war eine Miarbeiter (Frau Züleyha) überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Köche kochen jeden Tag etwas neues aus der türkischen Vielfalt. Mir hat es noch in keinem Hotel etwas besser geschmeckt, wie in diesem. Alles was man braucht, war im Hotel vorhanden und sogar Shishas. Zum eigenen Strand kommt man per Shuttle Bus lediglich 5 min. entfernt und ist kilometerlang. Man wird nicht erdrückt und kann in Ruhe liegen und schwimmen. Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit. Die zimmer wurden meines Erachtens nur kurz drüber gewicht und häufig fehlten shampoo und Suschgel. Die Geschirr Teller waren immer etwas verschmiert, obwohl sie gereinigt wurden. Das hat manchmal leider einen den Appetit verdorben. Wenn die kleinen Mängel behoben werden, würde ich in Kusadasu Güzelcamli nur noch dieses Hotel buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Extremely dirty!!!

The room was very dirty, we were moved to different room and that room was also dirty, there was blood stains on towels, sheet and chair. Bathroom was wet with feses stain on the toilet. Rooms do not get cleaned everyday. Food was avarage. Defenitly not 5 star!!

I founded the hotel quite embarassing. Nobody could speak english. The reception was often empty and, if not, useless for non turkish speaking. We had a black out in our room at 11 pm that couldn’t be fixed up: from a so called 5 stars hotel I expect to be upgrated for the inconvenience. Not at all, they moved us into a smoking room and I had to struggle to obtaine a non smoking. Again what do you expect from a 5 stars as bath supplies? 2 small bottles of shampoo....and that’s all.

Doğru konsept ama eksikler düzeltilmeli

Kasım sonu aralık başı hafta sonu 2 gece konakladık. Kadın , erkek ayrı termal havuz ve spa imkanları ile güzel düşünülmüş. Ancak eksikler fazla. Odalar ve banyo geniş, temiz, yataklar rahat . Oda manzarası güzel. Geniş güzel bir lobi var. Ancak otel dış kapısı her açılışında içeriye soğuk giriyor, rahat oturmak mümkün değil. Döner yada çift kapı yapılmalı yada hava perdesi çalıştırılmalı. Restoran küçük kalmış . Cumartesi akşamı ve pazar sabahı otel dolu olunca yer sorunu oldu. Halen çatıdaki alakart restoran çalıştırılamamış. Oda kapıları yapılış tarzı görüntü olarak güzel ancak yan odanın kapısının her açılış ve kapanışı diğer odayı rahatsız ediyor. Hemen bütün YP termal otellerdeki ücretsiz 5 çayı uygulaması burada bizim geldiğimiz gün başlamış. Eksi 1 deki yüzme havuzu çok güzel. Ancak havlu almak için bir kat yukarı lobiye termal bölüme çıkmanız gerekiyor. Eksi 1 deki hamam ve diğer tesisler henüz açılmamış. Termal havuzlar temiz, yeterli, fakat wc ihtiyacı için dışarıya çıkmanız gerekiyor. İçeride sadece bir adet engelli tuvaleti var. Buradaki duşlarda şampuan yok. Bone takılması zorunlu deniliyor ama hiç denetim yok erkek bölümünde bone takan da yok. Restoranda yemekler yeterli, ama çok daha iyi olabilir. Gerek çeşit gerekse kalite olarak eksikler var. Cuma akşamı soğuklar bölümünde birçok ürün bayattı. Hiç istemediğim halde tabakta bıraktım. İki çeşit çorba olması güzel , tatlı bölümü de fena değildi. Otele ilk gelişteki karşılama görevlisi bayana teşekkür ederiz.

Keine Entspannung

Von außen mach das Hotel einen recht guten Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer, es war ganz ok, aber wenn man rausschaut schaut man auf eine triste Gegend und wirklich 20m vor einem werden Wohnhäuser gebaut, nicht schön. Die Zimmertür hatte eine vier bis fünf Zentimeter Abstand zum Fußboden, man konnte alles hören was draußen auf dem Flur gesprochen oder passiert ist und das war wirklich traurig, somit Privatsphäre, falsche Adresse. Der SPA Bereich war auch nicht so toll, sehr einfach und kein schöner Geruch, das Personal war gut aber alles andere nicht, wenn man aus der Sauner, Dampfbad oder aus dem Hamman kommt, gibt es eine liege Platz zum entspannen, aber dort war es so Laut, also von Entspannung keine Rede. Im großen und Ganzen, wenn ihr wirklich nach Erholung sucht, ist das die falsche Adresse und der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Lieber nach Alternativen Ausschau halten.

Es ist ein neues und ziemlich gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Thermalbereich ist leider für Damen und Herren getrennt. Das Thermalwasser in einem der Becken war so heiß dass man nicht hinein gehen konnte. Die Temperatur des Wassers wird leider nicht geregelt.

Zum Erholen Top

Hübsches Hotel an der Hauptstraße. Man wird stets mit lächeln emfangen. Es ist sehr sauber was einem ein gutes Gefühl gibt. Man sollte sich vielleicht Gedanken machen welches Zimmer man möchte aufgrund der Hauptstraße unmittelbar davor. Wer Erholung möchte wird es hier bekommen😉

Besonders erwähnenswert war das reichhaltige Abendessen mit lokaler und italienischer Küche. Auch Softgetränke waren enthalten. Sehr gerne wieder, v.a. die Lasagne war top.

Modernes Hotel mit leider schlechtem Service

Moderne Ausstattung und komfortable Zimmer, wenig Möglichkeiten im Hotel selbst, sehr nettes Empfangspersonal. Jedoch ist die Küche bezüglich dem Personal sehr schwach. Nicht ausreichende Sitzplätze zum Essen. Wurden zu fremden Leuten an den Tisch gesetzt. Lange Schlangen an der Theke wenn man zur Öffnungszeit des Restaurants kommt. Tische wurden nach dem Abräumen nicht gesäubert und auch nicht mit Besteck versehen, sodass man erst Besteck suchen musste. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung. Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl beinhalten sollen wie Spiegeleier oder Rührei. Einer der Chefs im Restaurant ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich. Das Personal ist einfach zu wenig gewesen.
