Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels.
Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also.

This was the worst stay I have ever had during all my travels. It was impossible to sleep here, and I felt unsafe.
During my stay, I experienced constant loud air conditioning noise, disturbances from conference attendees in the hallway, loud music from a banquet hall late at night, children running through hallways, bad sewage odors in the bathroom, and a general lack of security and management control. The hotel failed to provide basic comfort, cleanliness, or safety. There was no restaurant as advertised on the website. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located in a leafy area of Almaty. It's clean, new and decorated in a bright, modern style. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are all friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.
