"Great place and loved our room with the Fuji view. Excellent staff as well. They were very helpful with an issue we needed some help with. "

"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
