The host was very helpful, had provided very detailed communication on how to locate the apartment, local restaurants, how to use everything inside, local train stops, etc. The apartment was cute and very great to enjoy some of the local lifestyle. I would love to visit this apartment again to enjoy Osaka. Has laundry, has kitchen, laundry, two beds, sofa bed, 5 minutes from the train station."

"近くにはメガドンキやコンビニも近く、買い物も行きやすかったです。 通天閣にも近く徒歩で数分の距離なので、呑んで食べたあとは、宿帰ってゆっくりできました！！ お部屋の中はとても綺麗です。家族5人で利用しましたが過ごしやすく、ゆっくりできました。 階段が急なので、小さなお子さんなどは注意が必要かなと思いますが、階段前のドア上部に鍵がかけられるので、事故防止になります。 その他は問題無く、とても泊まりやすかっただす。 初めて民泊を利用したんですが、ちょっとした事でも宿主さんには迅速な対応をしていただき本当に感謝しております。 とても良い旅になりました。 大阪に行く機会がある時は、また利用させて頂きます。"

"＜良かった点＞ ・安い！コスパいい！ ・すぐ隣に安くていつも空いてる駐車場あり （レンタカー利用の場合、めっちゃ良い！） ・大きいサイズのベッドが4つあり、部屋も分けられていてよかったです。 ＜悪かった点＞ ・ゴキブリ出現！ ・線路と近く、電車が通るたびに、うるさい且つ建物が揺れる ・トイレの水圧が強く、流すときに水が飛ぶ ・階段の角度？が急すぎる、且つ、わけわからない滑り台？？？子供は転んで怪我しそうな、、、 ・周辺の治安が悪い（チンピラグループとかホームレスグループとかが多く、車がないと、外歩くのは怖すぎる）"
