"Wonderful Tibetan hotel, a treasure in so many ways. Lovely people, lovely place and a lovely location. Minutes to the Dalai Lama Temple, the Kora circuit and the markets. The place itself is beautiful and a paradise away from the hub bub of taxi stalls, markets and the energy of the city. The Hummingbird Cafe was delicious! We ate Tibetan foods everyday and loved each meal. We bought a beautiful artisan Tibetan picture frame from their mini store in the cafe. All proceeds go toward the Tibetan cultural and educational programs. Bravo Norbulingkha Institute, thank you. We adored our stay. "

"Loved the beds, the service was very attentive and professional, they endevoured to do everything really well despite me vusiting during the low season. Everything was super clean, and great mountain views. But the highlight are the beds and quiet."

"well, the property is high in hilltop, difficult to travel in car and high altitude walk if once fancies them. The food is extravagant variety of dishes served, and staff service is good. the hotel is good too only the problem came in the form of using toiletry facilities. The waterspout was agonizingly like a machine gun, painful indeed if you get the drift, hence 3 stars. "

"I had the pleasure of spending one month at The Void Hotel, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and humble, making it an absolute pleasure to stay there. The manager, Raju, who has formally studied quantum physics and is writing a book (it’s his "parallel life"), was outstanding—patient, considerate, and professional. He and his brothers (I mainly got to know Kartik) made sure everything I needed was taken care of with a thoughtful approach. The receptionist, Kirpo, was equally amazing, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. This family is truly warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the center of Bhagsu, making it easy to enjoy local shops and cafes while still having a peaceful retreat. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. The view from my balcony was breathtaking—far more stunning than any photo on their profile could capture. When temperatures dropped, they provided excellent heating, making the stay cozy and enjoyable. The entire property was impeccably clean, reflecting the team’s dedication to high standards. The hotel is safe, quiet, and beautiful—a true home away from home. This place truly deserves a 10 out of 10, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully located retreat."
