Great Place to Stay! Maui Beach Vacation Club is a great little community of condo-style rentals. The units are clean and well-designed, the shared area has a great swimming pool and hot tup, and it is a 2-minute walk to the ocean beach. There is a full kitchenette with a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer. The units do not have air-conditioning, but closing the blinds during the day and opening windows for a cross-breeze makes it comfortable. The only downside is the noise level of other guests outside of the unit with the windows open. Quiet hours are posted but a few guests are inconsiderate.

The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious for the 6 of us. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but the beds were. I saw a lot of bad reviews about the AC but ours worked perfectly. The mini splits cooled the rooms very fast. The property is on a hill with gorgeous views and a short walk to the beach.
