Queues for breakfast - both outside of the restaurant and once inside. Breakfast revenue not scaled to the number of hotel guests. Left without eating after all the waiting, firs t outside and then when I saw the queue for the omelettes.

As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room.
