天井が高い

口コミが良かったので夜景好きなので泊まってみました。部屋は広くて天井が3メートルはあるのではないでしょうか、窓ガラスも縦に長く開放感がお風呂場もあります。浴槽とシャワーもあり、ライトが変えられたり広くて大満足。バスソルトもあり。トイレはTOTOのウォシュレット付きです。朝食会場は58階、その上にバーが2階建てて有ります。人気のようで宿泊者以外も沢山の人で賑わっています。道路の隔てたモールとは連絡通路で繋がっていて、スコールも怖くないです。スパも良かったし、またリピートしたいホテルです。

宿泊客のことを一番に考えているホテルだと思います

部屋のチェックイン時間になっても清掃が終わっておらず、その代わりに、カフェでコーヒーをどうぞと言ってくださいましたが、カフェが満席で、最終的には待っている間、素晴らしい景色の中、アフタヌーンティーをいただくことができました。また、エレベーター前等で困っているときはすぐに声を掛けてくださり、いつも気にかけていただきました。宿泊客のことをきちんと見られているホテルでした。ありがとうございました！

スタッフのサービスが本当に素敵でした！チェックインの際、誕生日、アニバーサリー、などの項目の中から目的をチェックするところがあるのですが、チェックしていると部屋を軽く飾りしていただけます。ただ、飾り付けのタイミングはスタッフと話し合っておいたほうが良いかと思います。

ロケーションは、非常に素晴らしく、パビリオンと連絡しているので、急に雨が降ってきても安心でした。また窓からの眺めも非常にに素晴らしかったです。部屋の設備もよく、風呂の浴槽も非常に広く気持ちよかったです。部屋も静かで隣の音も聞こえなかったです。ドアの開け閉めの音は聞こえますが、通路の話し声なども聞こえたりもなく非常に静かな心地よく過ごせる、さすがに超一流のホテルは違うと思いました。

クアラルンプー市内で最も便利な位置にある高級ホテル　屋上からの眺望も最高

クアラルンプールの最も便利な地区にあり、買い物や食事には不自由しない。部屋数も少なく4ﾌﾛｱｰのみ、その関係かどこの設備も空いており、逆にその分狭く感じ、特に朝食はｼｬﾝｸﾞﾘﾗの豪華朝食に慣れていることもあり、貧弱に感じた。眺望や部屋その他については文句の付けようがない

女性2人で泊まったのですが、アメニティが男性、女性1人ずつでした。宿泊客が女性2人と分かった時点で変更すべきではないかと思います。日本のちょっとした旅館では、すぐに変えてくれます。そこが残念なところでした。

クアラルンプール市内では最高では？

立地、サービス、部屋、そして最上階のバーから観れる景色は、最高でした！クアラルンプール市内では、最高のホテルの一つだと思います。あと部屋にあるトイレの自動ウォシュレットもよいですね！！
