Petit appartement sympa

Appartement très propre et très bien situé (à 2 pas de la fare routière et du centre ville). Il y a un café et des superettes juste à côté. Seul point négatif: il n'y a pas de rideau ou volet dans la chambre (simple voilage) et en juin, il fait plein jour à 4h du matin.

Very nice accomodation, conveniantly located

HappyGuests Apartment is one of the more affordable places to stay in Krakau and we liked it a lot. Location couldn‘t be better as it is just between the old town and the main railway station, making it easy to get everywhere by foot. A 24h shop is just around the corner. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and fully equipped - we even got some drinks in the fridge. Also the owners/nanagement was extremely friendly. We can only think of 2 possible inprovements: - turning the heating on a bit earlier and higher (it was quite cold in the apartment when we arrived) - provide instructions in English how to use the TV/cable box All in all this apartment made our stay a very happy one. Will definitely choose it again, when visiting Krakau a next time.

Best place in Krakow?

The apartment is impeccable! Maciej, the host, is very nice and will help with anything you need. A lovely little welcome-package in the fridge was highly appreciated and there is also a 24 h open Carrefour 50 metres from the hotel. Last but not least, the location could not be more perfect. We long to be back.

If we are ever back in Krakow, I will stay here again. The location could not be better if you are arriving by train - it's within walking distance of the main station, and also of their main square. The property manager, Maciej, was one of the friendliest, kindest people that we met on our entire vacation. Also, we essentially had an entire furnished apartment for our stay, with washing machine and stove top. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. We loved HappyGuests!!!

The reception is (wo)manned on demand, and the service is really, really good. Julia helped me carry my 25 kg suitcase to the top floor. Apartment very clean, nice, practical with water and juice in the fridge. I got ill the last two days, and the staff shopped medicine for me at the pharmacy. I am very grateful for that. I have already recommended this place to a friend, and he has booked this place in November, I will recommend it again. Location is very close to central train station and old city. Ask the staff to show you how the heating works, it was a little high tech for me, but works very well. Great heated towel rack in bath room.

Beautiful Apartment and well equipped.

Wonderful stay at this apt. Easy to find, close to the park and almost everything. Too bad our stay was only for 1 night the apt was large and the kitchen was fully equipped. Washer came in handy. Maciej was friendly and helpful. We were able to keep our luggage in the apt until we left.

A great place to stay

I had an apartment up four flights of stairs without an elevator, which was only slightly annoying when I brought my suitcase coming and leaving. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The location was great regarding the old city and the main train station, and it was clean and light. The wifi worked great and, although I didn't need it, the staff was available by phone 24/7. All in all, it's a place I would recommend, and if I'm going back to Krakow, it's definitely a place I hope would be available to book.

The apartment was clean, modern and close to the Old Town. Reception are there from 8am to 8pm but can be reachable via text. So if you are checking in later than 8pm let them know.

We spent one night in a studio apartment, and it was one of the best studios we've stayed at. Very modern, spacious, and affordable, complete with a washer. The only disappointment was that we couldn't get the remote to display cable tv channels. Could have done with some instructions.

HappyGuests Apartments: The location couldn't be better, quite area a stones throw from both Central Station and Old Town, excellent service, very convenient price, clean and with everything you need. I highly recommend this place! Krakow: The city has history to it, nice architecture, parks, plenty of cozy coffee shops and restaurants. There's a good shopping mall next to the train station. The old town is relatively free from traffic which is a big plus, walking distance everywhere. We'll definitely come back!
