部屋数の少ないホテルで、タイで今までいろんなホテルに泊まりましたが費用対効果が一番高いホテルでした。翌日早朝のフライトの為に泊まっただけですが、機会があれば二泊ほどして下のカフェで朝ごはんをたべてみたいです。下のカフェのコーヒーをチェックインした後に飲みに行ったのですが、日本のこだわりカフェ並みのクオリティの高さで、本当に美味しいコーヒーを飲むことができました。近所に姉妹店のレストランがあります。大変美味しいご飯を食べることができました。価格はお店の雰囲気に比べ安めの設定でした。部屋はとても清潔で、ドリンクサービスもあります。なんと、コーヒー豆が置いてあり、自分で挽いてドリップすることができます。とても素晴らしい心使い。部屋の雰囲気も最高に良いです。

気持ち良いホテル
【感想】 深夜２時の到着にも対応いただけました。また各種チケットも手配いただけました。 下記に書いたような課題は少しありますが、全体的に非常に良いホテルでした。 ・新しく綺麗です ・ナイトマーケットも朝市もおいしいレストランも徒歩圏内です。 アオナンビーチ行きのバスて今でも徒歩でいけます ・シャワーとトイレの仕切りが少し長さが足りない為、トイレ側迄シャワーの水が届いてしまいます ・1階がカフェになっているのですが、そこからフロントおよび部屋へは螺旋階段を上ることになります、少し急で狭いのが欠点と感じました ・部屋の掃除は外のドアノブに掃除するようプレートをかけていないと掃除されない様子です

We stayed at 7 hotels within 3 weeks on our honeymoon and this was our favorite. The room was quaint and felt so comfortable. The staff provided us some leftover pastries each night from the cafe downstairs. Parking is easy out front if you have a rental car. We also have to say: if you're staying here, make sure you go to dinner at the Tin Grill, two doors down for dinner at least once!

No songood as we expeted
Very nice staff nice room and great location. We got bad weather in Krabi and decided to cancel one of the nights which the management entirely refused to refund. Careful with losing the room key as they will charge you 200baths. You only get one room key by the way. Steep hard to climb stairs to access your room which you will have to do by getting through a coffee shop they also run. This was awkward and uncomfortable at times. Air conditioning noisy.

Great location with easy access to the likes of Railay Beach for just 150THB for long tail boat. Decor of rooms set up to feel very homely with the added bonus of a huge bed. Initially thought spiral staircase would be an issue with lots of luggage but staff on hand to carry bags etc. No complaints and would have no hesitation recommending this to anyone.

Family Tree Hotel er et meget moderne og smart indrettet hotel, hvor alt er nyt og flot. Vi fik den venligste modtagelse, af nogle søde mennesker der var meget glade for at se os! Hotellet har indgang i en meget lækker Café, med et stor udbud af Shakes, Smooties, Kaffe, The og kager + mad af forskellig slags. Hotellet ligger meget centralt og vi havde en meget dejlig overnatning der.

Amazing hotel
This hotel is amazing. The young boy who does late shifts is soo sweet and kind and attentive. he runs up and down the stairs. he works really hard. He gives you a dessert to share everynight, slong with a goody basket.

The cutest hotel
I can’t say enough about this hotel. Look no further and book it if you’re looking to stay in Krabi town. From the warm welcome to the intricate decor, this boutique hotel is so cozy, I didn’t want to leave!! There is a cafe downstairs (which is closed every Wednesday) with good food and coffee. It was a 3-5 minute walk to the pier to catch a long boat to Railay. Definitely the best hotel in Krabi town!

酒店非常小清新，装潢漂亮，迷你吧的东西免费，楼下可以吃饭，我就住了一晚，吃了四顿饭，酒店客人吃饭也不打折，服务还是不错的，没有电梯，箱子上去下来都是酒店的人帮我们拿的。很不错的酒店，推荐！

人員英語能力很好，溝通沒有問題，並給予非常良好的幫助! 推薦按摩、換外幣、機場送機等。設備皆提供完美細節，唯獨淋浴間若能設計為完全獨立，不須擔心弄濕整間浴室會更好，我也不用為了調整角度而撞到浴室裡的櫃子了。

Felt like home!
We thoroughly loved the Family Tree Hotel. The room decoration comprised beautiful design pieces and was very thoughtful in general. This was the first hotel we've seen offering drip coffee in the room and being coffee people, we loved it! Everyone working at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. As an example - we wanted to bring coffee back home and they roasted some overnight, so that we could pick it up in the morning. We just wish we had stayed longer!

Supertrevligt hotell med perfekt läge
Väldigt fint hotel i bra skick. Det kändes att det var relativt nytt. Mycket trevlig kaffe/snacksbar samt en del kylda drycker som ingick utan extra kostnad. Även urvalet av toalettartiklar var utöver det vanliga. Ganska annorlunda design med mycket trädetaljer. Det enda som var lite på minussidan var att utsikten inte var så bra. Fasaden utskicket var något skymmande, men detta var inget större problem. Sammantaget ett av de trevligare hotell jag bott på. För det priset vi gav så är det ett fynd. Varmt rekommenderat.

Ein Highlight
Das Family Tree Hotel ist wirklich ein Highlight - modern, stylisch an super Lage zur Walking Street und vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir am Folgetag einen frühen Flug ab Krabi hatten. Dadurch konnten wir leider nicht das Frühstück geniessen. Aber der Espresso war der beste in 2 Wochen Thailand 😊 Einziger Minuspunkt am Hotel: da wir das Zimmer auf der untersten Etage hatten, hörten wir jede WC-Spülung über uns. Auch die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt lieber ein Zimmer weiter oben - dort ist wohl auch der Balkon einladender.

Das hottel ist eher neu und schön und nach neuster mode eingerichtet. Das Zimmer könnte aus einem ikea katalog stammen da viele möbel von ikea sind. Das bett war uns persönlich zu weich. Im ganzen zimmer müffelt es leicht...das liegt wohl daran, dass es im Badezimmer kein Fenster hat und die Feuchtigkeit sich langsam überal absetzt. Wir würden nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen da für uns das preis leistungsverhältnis nicht gestummen hat.

Great hotel....stay here!
This is an amazing small hotel in Krabi town. The rooms are large and extremely well laid out. The bed is fantastic! The breakfasts are enormous and of the highest quality. The coffee is the best you will ever taste. This is a family run hotel and I will be delighted to return again....give it a go...you will not be disappointed. PS Due to a spiral staircase not suitable for elderly or wheelchairs.

A stylish and comfortable family hotel
Very convenient spot, a few minutes walk from night market. Enjoyed the rich coffee aroma in the cafe at the ground floor following the first step into the hotel. They have comfortable common area between each floor where we spent some time playing chess, Jenga and reading. The room is with neat style, and there are coffee grinder and filter that we can make our own coffee. We definitely had a great stay here.

Mysigt, personligt hotell med bra läge i Krabi town. Badrockar på rummen, gratis minibar med öl, läsk och vatten, kaffe och te med tre glasburkar med olika kakor. Enda nackdelen att hiss saknas. Blev tungt att gå ner med resväskan i spiraltrappan. Servering i botteplanet där du kan köpa fantastisk frukost. Barer och restauranger i närheten.
