This is a amazing a modern hotel with unique design features and room layout.. the beds are super comfortable.. outside and on the roof is the best pool and relaxation area of any hotel I’ve stayed in and the views are priceless 😍

Nice modern room and clean. Pool area is nice but not many beanbags so we couldnt get a seat. Close enough to restaurants and bars but also on the edge so wasn’t as loud as it would be further in the middle of the restaurants like other hotels were.

COSI, hotel without balcony
Maybe did I not check Hotels.com good enough but COSI is a hotel without balcony. For a stay more than one night I suggest to find another hotel. Ao Nang is a noisy city and for a longer stay, find a hotel with balcony. It is always good to could relax at the balcony some evenings, away from the noise.

It’s good value for your money. No frills hotel in a new building in a walking distance from Ao Nang beach and its bustling area. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Some of the cons were the mildew smell in the bathroom and coming to the room when the AC was off. We saw a couple of mosquitoes flying around the room as well. General maintenance is poor for such a new construction: leaking sink, stained curtains and shower walls, loosening towels rods and soap container. And don’t wait for any help from the staff they will just ignore you altogether. Again is a hotel good enough for a couple of nights without frills or services.

Great funky place, great location. Pool area a little small. Would have preferred not to have a road view as had to have a blind down all the time for privacy.

I was unsure about this hotel but it turned out to be fantastic! It was a great price and very modern. Convenient to everything. Short walk up the beach, monkeys, shopping around the corner. Came with a daily credit to be used at the cafe. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. I paid 4 x the price for other hotels in Thailand and this was by far the best deal. The only downfall was the noise of music at night but even that wasn’t nearly as bad as the noise on Phi Phi Island. Do yourself a favour and bring ear plugs to Thailand so you can sleep solid. Happy travels.

Godt centralt hotel, uden støj.
Dejligt hotel. Godt værelse med dejlige senge. Godt badeværelse. Stilen er moderne og så kommer det jo an på om man kan lide dette. Gulv og selve rummet var rent, ligeledes badeværelset. Der var dog stor rød plet på mørkegardinerne og fugerne ved glasvæggen på badeværelset, kunne godt trænge til en rengøring. Hotellet ligger centralt for spisning ude i byen, især lækker morgenmad/brunch sted lige overfor.

Pros: good facilities, lovely front of house staff, relaxing pool area, nice comfy bed Cons: room had a weird smell, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly (hairs everywhere and mirror dirty) and got savage food poisoning from the bacon egg muffin breakfast option - be careful!!

Good value
Too much music and screens everywhere. Noise from the music outside. But appreciated the water from a fountain in the lobby and the kindness of the staff. The beds are very confortable. The rooms are clean but a lot of noise during the cleaning and often late afternoon when you want a rest.

Tranquille, calme et bien placé.
Bel hôtel, bien placé à 10 min de la plage, la rue est en face de la rue principale, donc pas de bruit. Confortable avec une belle piscine sur le toit, une salle de sport et un bar.

Very nice hotel small room but very nice with comfortable bed. Great location near everything. Only was disappointed during my check in .got to hotel after 2pm. Room was not ready.

The room was good value for the price. It would have been nice to have a small table and chair instead of a bean bag. I appreciated the washing line in the shower. Great that they have recycling bins, but it would be even better if they provided glass water bottles that could be returned (like some hotels have) instead of plastic. Both washing machines were not working but the out of order sign was only on one of them, so I made an unnecessary trip to reception to get change.

Very clean, very good quality place, cleaning staff very helpful and nice. Very comfy beds, good wifi. The self laundry was broken the whole time. But its more expensive to do yourself then to pay one of the nice ladys on the street to do it for you. 40baht for washer, 60baht for dryer and you gotta buy detergent. The pool coulda been cleaner couple floating bandaids typical stuff. Gym coulda had some water bottles or water dispenser. But overall a good place and would stay again for sure.

HORRIBLE DON’T STAY HERE
Dice que es un hotel de 3 estrellas pero es mentira es un hostal y en google reviews dice que es de 2 estrellas, la verdad le doy Cero de calificación, llegamos y no había jabón en el baño, había pelos en la cama, en las toallas y en la regadera y el cuarto olía a moho horrible casi vomito, fuimos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos dieron otro cuarto que estaba igual y aparte había arena en el piso del baño y papeles tirados, es una porquería de lugar y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. Yo creo que los reviews son fake porque no entiendo como tiene un 9 de calificación, me dio mucho coraje que tuve que buscar otro lugar porque no era reembolsable y el lugar no se parece ni tanto a las fotos que ponen ahí se está cayendo y huele horrible en todos lados elevadores, pasillos etc Deberían de ser categorizado como hostal no hotel y aun así no hay pretexto para que un lugar esté así de cochino porque al final uno está pagando.

We loved our stay at Cosi! It was organized, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go as it is central on the main strip of Ao Nang. The internet worked well and the beds were very comfortable, we did try to do our laundry and were not able to as they only had one washer and one dryer working at the time. The pool was closed for upgrades during our stay so we did not use it.

Great Stay!
Fresh, modern decor, a nice clean place to stay in a good location. It's about a 12 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and necessities all around.The hotel had live music next to the lobby along with full bar service. They have laundry facilities where you can wash your own stuff, a pool, and fitness area. There are 4 buildings all along the street that are only accessible with your room card. You may or may not be in building 4 which was the one with the pool, laundry and fitness area. There is free water in the hotel lobby (bring your water bottle or buy one there), as well as coffee and tea. They have breakfast and pastries available for purchase. The only thing was, the breakfast was ordered the night before and was cold by the time we picked it up in the morning. I guess they just make the breakfast all at once and you get it whenever you're ready in the morning *shrug* I would definitely go back!
