Perfect location for visiting Kotor. Designated parking, great host who went above and beyond, a short walk to the water and a bike rental shop, and a ten minute seaside walk into Kotor. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The room was on the expensive side, but that's mostly because we stayed in mid-July, peak season, and we were lucky to get it, as Kotor was incrediby busy. Beautiful home, really nice and friendly hosts who were super-helpful when it came to advice, directions, etc. Made everything easy for us and stayed in touch as we travelled from our previous stay. Excellent location, clean and spacious - would certainly stay again. many thanks!

Perfect location. Walkable to Old Town but away from the crowds and bustle. Beautiful unt with lots of room and thoughtfully equipped. Clothes washer is a huge bonus.

Palma apartments are in a perfect location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from Kotor old town and waterside restaurants in Dobrota. The hosts were great, available on WhatsApp if needed. Having a parking space was invaluable as parking spots are hard to come by in this area. The apartment was wonderful, spacious and great view of the bay. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Værten var meget venlig og imødekommende. Han tog i mod os og forklarede om byen. Der var sørget for kolde drikkevarer i køleskabet. Værelset er ikke stort, men man kan sagtens være 2 personer på værelset. Der er en god altan med en fremragende udsigt.

Perfect location. 5 minutes to the beach, handy for the local shops and 10 minutes to the old town. Good value for money. Incredible views over the bay. Easy to communicate with the host who was very accommodating. As other guests have mentioned we occasionally noticed a strong drain smell, but this was intermittent and confined to the bathroom so didn’t really impact on the stay. The kitchen is small, but we managed to cook without problems - we like a challenge! Would recommend.

Peter was an excellent host making sure all our needs were met. We stayed on the top floor and the views were spectacular. The apartment was a short 5min walk to Kotor beach and beautiful sea wall with many restaurants. We were also 10min to old town. I would highly recommend recommend Palma Apartments and we will definitely be back!

This was our first time in Kotor and the Palma Apartments were the best choice. Just a few minutes' walk to the water where you have a great selection of restaurants, stores, and a bakery. Old town was just an eight-minute walk and staying at the Palma allowed us to stay clear of all the crowds when we chose to do so. Service was impeccable, with the host greeting us at the gate and escorting our bags up the stairs for us. Once in the room, he gave us recommendations for our stay as well as greeting us with a local beer. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view of the bay. In fact, we spent more time than usual in our room because of the relaxing nature of the apartment and view. Overall, an excellent stay that I highly recommend.

Palma Apartments was the perfect affordable stay for me and my partner. In the heart of Kotor, it was only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the Old Town and a couple of minutes walk from the beach front and promenade, filled with many places to eat and drink. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfy, there was plenty of storage space and a useful kitchenette to save money from eating out! The bathroom/shower was perfect and there was even a washing machine. The balcony offered scenic views of the bay and the general area was peaceful. Peter was a lovely host, welcoming us in straight away, showing us where everything was and providing handy recommendations for what to do in the area 😊 Also great communication!

Amazing views, convenient location

Friendly staff. Easy front door parking. It’s just before the real heart of the old city so you dodge a little of the insane traffic while it’s just a quick walk downtown. The views from the balcony were amazing.

We had a very lovely stay at Palma Apartments. Easy walk to the old town and felt very safe. Parking in front is very nice. The best part is the view and the very kind hosts. The AC also works really well!

Fabulous place!

Great place to stay, such a nice view from our room. The family were super helpful and answered any questions we had. We wanted to do a boat trip and they sorted it out for us and walked us down to the place. Good communication and would definitely stay again if we were in Kotor!

Great place, great view, great host! Remember though that it is an "apartment", so you'll hear the host's TV and your neighbours at night, so bring earplugs (and a helmet for the sloping ceilings).

Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen nära till strandpromenaden, gäller bara att gå åt rätt håll så att man inte hamnar mitt i trafiken. Når Gamla stan på ca 10-15 min. Liten arbetsyta i pentryt annars var allt bra. Skulle kunna bo där igen.
