"Convenient for jet boat to Tsu across the bay. Weird shuttle. Can drop you off at aIrport but not pick you up. You have to walk through concourse and enclosed walkway to end up 400 neters from hotel. There's where the bus can pick you up. But by that time you might as well walk the rest of the way. "

"Wonderful views from this hilltop hotel, but it's a long, steep walk back from the beaches! We took the hotel bus down to the beach and walked back after spending some time at the port. It's isolated, but there's a free bus from/to Toyohashi Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. Unfortunately they have changed the afternoon times for the onsen so that women have access to their part at 3pm but men from 5pm, which we found inconvenient. "

"Have stayed here multiple times and plan to come back! Kind staff, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet with many Japanese and western options, starting at 6:00am. The beds are firm but comfortable. Thermostat can be easily changed to English. Nice lounge with different coffee options and cold water for filling water bottles. "

"Twin beds worked well for myself and my 3 & 7 year olds. Breakfast was a nice option for me, but my kids were a little picky. Easy to get to and parking at the garage was ok, but I wish we didn’t have to pay for it (the discount was nice to have though). It was quiet enough and we had enough amenities to make it comfortable. I would stay here again."
