The bathroom features underfloor heating for extra comfort.



Enjoy your private garden with both a covered and an open terrace. The breakfast terrace faces southeast, while the panoramic terrace faces northwest and offers a wonderful view of the lake and sea. The beach is nearby and easily accessible.



A communal parking space is available at the house, and you reach the house via stairs from the parking area. Your dog is welcome during your stay. Please note that events on the property are not permitted.



A weekly basic consumption of electricity, water, and gas is included in the rental price. Any additional consumption will be charged based on the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.
